At KCH Laser, we are committed to providing exceptional products and customer service. We value respectful and professional communication between our customers and employees. To ensure a positive and productive experience for everyone, we have established the following policy regarding customer conduct:

  1. Respectful Communication
    All customers are expected to communicate with KCH Laser employees in a respectful, courteous manner. Rude, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior, including talking over employees or making derogatory comments, will not be tolerated.

  2. Resolving Issues
    We are committed to addressing and resolving issues with your orders promptly and professionally. If there are concerns with your order, such as missing pieces or damaged items, please contact us via email, and we will work with you to resolve them. However, we expect that these interactions remain respectful.

  3. Refusal of Service
    KCH Laser reserves the right to refuse service, cancel open orders, or terminate business relationships with any customer whose behavior is deemed disrespectful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate toward our employees. In such cases, refunds will be provided for any outstanding orders, and the customer’s account will be closed.

  4. Blocking of Communication
    In instances where a customer's behavior violates this policy, we reserve the right to block further communication via phone or other channels and to cease all business dealings with the individual in question.
